The Fordsburg Muslim Youth Organisation (FMYO) has secured an additional 15 000sqm of burial land at the Westpark cemetery for the Muslim community.
The land was given to the organisation on the condition that it be secured with clear view fencing. This was secured by two generous donors who donated 1,2km of fencing.
The organisation is still in need of additional funding from donors for the planned fencing at the Newclare Cemetery and for paving at the Wetspark Cemetery.
